Dock 35
(Inspired by the Port of Long Beach)
Each canvas 30" x 40" (pair)
I look out over this from our balcony every day, the scene changes daily with
different ships loading and unloading, the cranes sometimes sitting up reaching
into the sky and sometimes bent down when loading a ship. A hive of activity,
ocean, and structure - this place always intrigues me.
Acrylic on canvas with a digital image applied to clear acrylic that sits on top
of the canvas - I feel I have used both my skills as a designer and artist for this piece.
